Author of the books “Procesos Colectivos” (Astrea, 2007), “La Prueba Científica en el Proceso Judicial” (Rubinzal Culzoni, 2008), “Más allá del papel. Lecturas críticas sobre procesos colectivos” (Editores del Sur, 2020) and “Introducción a los procesos colectivos y las acciones de clase” (Editores del Sur, 2021). Co-Director of the book “Los procesos colectivos y acciones de clase en el derecho público argentino” (Rubinzal Culzoni, 2017).  Author of articles and papers published in journals and collective books in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, England, Peru, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Uruguay and Russia. Translator into Spanish of works in English, Italian and Portuguese, including the book “Principles of the Law of Aggregate Litigation”, American Law Institute, 2010 (“Principios del Derecho de los Procesos Colectivos”, UNAM, 2014).

He is part of the Assistant-Editorship of the International Journal of Procedural Law (Intersentia) and held relevant positions in academic organizations, such as the Argentinian Association of Procedural Law (AADP, General Secretary, 2013-2015) and the Iberoamerican Institute of Procedural Law (IIDP, Vice President for the Region of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, 2019-2023).

In the professional field, he served as Advisor to the General Management of the National Gas Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS, 2021-2023), where, among other things, served as Ombudsman for Users of the Natural Gas Public Service during the public hearings for rate increases held in 2021, 2022 and 2023; Cabinet Advisor to the Executive Director of the Strategic Planning Unit of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Buenos Aires Province (2020/2021), where he was a member of the working group that drafted the Family, Civil and Commercial Procedural Code for the Province of Buenos Aires; Delegated Rapporteur of the General Counsel of Government of Buenos Aires Province (2015-2019, Water Authority), Cabinet Advisor to the Legal and Technical Secretary of Buenos Aires Province (2010), Undersecretary of State Modernization of Buenos Aires Province (2010), Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Justice of Buenos Aires Province (2008-2009), and Head of the Institutional Coordination Unit of the Legal, Technical and Legislative Affairs Undersecretariat of Buenos Aires Province (2007-2008).

He carried out consulting work for Amnesty International Argentina, the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS), the Justice Studies Center of the Americas (CEJA) and the Huésped Foundation, among other public welfare institutions, as well as for different law firms from abroad on issues related to legal risk analysis and evaluation of potential litigation.
